Terms of Service

1. Welcome

Welcome to FlowState Logic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlowState Logic app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

Don't use the Service to: violate any law; harass or abuse others; reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical limitations; interfere with the Service's operation; or submit content you don't have the right to share.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Service offers optional in-app purchases ("IAPs"), including auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time lifetime upgrades. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those platforms' terms. We never receive or store your payment card or billing address.

Auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscriptions (monthly and yearly Pro plans) automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

How to cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you'll keep Pro access until then. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription on its own.

Free trials and introductory offers. If you accept a free trial or introductory price, your account will be charged the standard price at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. The trial duration and any introductory pricing are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.

Refunds. Refunds for IAPs and subscriptions are handled by the relevant store (Google Play or Apple), not by us. You can request a refund directly from Google Play (support.google.com/googleplay) or Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) according to their policies.

Sale and promotional offers. We may run limited-time sale or introductory pricing on subscriptions and lifetime upgrades. Sale prices apply only to the initial billing period; subsequent renewals occur at the standard price unless otherwise disclosed at purchase.

Virtual items, levels, and progress have no monetary value outside the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its lessons, code, artwork, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of any feedback or content you submit, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account, which erases your data from our servers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We'll try to give notice when reasonable.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that lessons are error-free or that the Service will be available without interruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (or $10, whichever is greater).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. If a change is material, we'll notify you in the app before it takes effect.
